Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Products must remain unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or damaged products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via store-approved refund process.

Exchange Availability:
Exchanges are subject to product availability and size availability.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other approved methods after verification.
